Katja Gustafsson

Katja Gustafsson has a comprehensive work experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. Katja is currently the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Hansa Biopharma AB (publ), a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, from November 2018 to March 2020, they worked as a Senior Consultant at NDA Regulatory Services.

Before joining NDA Regulatory Services, Gustafsson worked at Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S for a significant period of time. From January 2010 to November 2018, they served as the Associate Director of Urology, Lifecycle Management, Global Regulatory Affairs. From February 2008 to January 2010, they held the position of Associate Director of Urology in the Global Regulatory Affairs department. Gustafsson also worked in various capacities at Ferring Pharmaceuticals between 2000 and 2008, including Senior Regulatory Manager and Global Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Gustafsson's career in regulatory affairs began at Alpharma ApS, where they worked as a Registration Officer from 1996 to 2000.

Katja Gustafsson completed their education in the field of Pharmacy. From 1990 to 1996, they attended Royal Danish School of Pharmacy and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmacy. Additionally, they also studied Pharmacology at the same institution from 1990 to 1995, completing a degree in M.Sc.(Pharm).
