It is known for content production through its associate entity, Hansa Vision, which operated for 15 years between 1989 and 2004. Hansa Vision produced & marketed over 4,000 hours of television programming and pioneered pathbreaking format innovations in South Indian Television, such as introducing the five-day soap opera format in Tamil, bringing Hindi serials like Ramayan, Vikram Air Betaal, and Chandrakanta. Hansa Vision also brought ODI cricket matches from Australia to India via satellite transmission. Hansa Vision also hosted the Yanni Concert LIVE at the Taj Mahal, and, produced a series of Michael Jackson shows prior to his India visit. In addition, it acquired and distributed several super-hit films across languages for Doordarshan & other satellite networks.

The company is founded by Sruti Swamy and Siddharth Swamy, who bring with them a deep understanding of the R K Swamy Hansa Group’s values and ethos, shaped through years of close exposure to its leadership including Mr. Srinivasan K. Swamy (Executive Group Chairman of RK Swamy Hansa), Mrs Vimala Ramanan (Former President and Director of Hansa Vision) and the wider team. Sruti has a strong creative foundation, while Siddharth brings his Data Science perspective to the story-telling realm.
