Niklas Palmqvist, PhD

Niklas Palmqvist, PhD has extensive experience in the field of biopharma. Niklas worked as a Senior Scientist at Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) starting in 2018, where they currently remain. Prior to that, they held the same role at Anamar AB from September 2005 to July 2016. At Anamar AB, Niklas was involved in various drug projects, spanning from the early discovery stage to the clinical development phase. Their areas of expertise include inflammation-related conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, diabetic ulcers, NASH/liver fibrosis, and osteoarthritis.

Niklas Palmqvist obtained their Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Bioscience from the University of Gothenburg in 2000. Niklas then pursued further education and completed their PhD in the field of Rheumatology and Inflammation Research from the same institution in 2004.
