Jennifer Anastasi

Jennifer Anastasi has a strong background in user experience (UX) and has held various roles in this field. Jennifer began their career at Commonwealth Financial Network, starting as a Help Desk Technician in October 2017 and later becoming a Help Desk Specialist. In December 2019, they transitioned to the role of Web Experience Coordinator, where they focused on creating UI designs with UX best practices and maintaining intranets for advisors and employees. Jennifer then progressed to the position of UX Specialist - Advisor Experience, contributing their expertise in UX to enhance the advisor experience. In December 2022, they were promoted to Senior UX Specialist, demonstrating their growth and accomplishments in the field. In October 2023, Jennifer joined Hanscom Federal Credit Union as a Lead UX Engineer, further utilizing their skills and knowledge in UX.

Jennifer Anastasi attended Bryant University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Information Technology and earned a degree in the same field. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has obtained several certifications including the Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org (expected to be obtained in 2023), NN/g UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group (obtained in 2021), and Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International (obtained in 2019).
