Samantha Taylor

Samantha Taylor is an experienced actuary and the current Director and Actuary at Hansen Actuarial & Risk Consulting, LLC, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha served as Chief Actuary/Senior Actuary at Cover Whale from March 2021 to March 2024. Samantha's earlier experience includes various positions at Nationwide Insurance from October 2010 to January 2019, focusing on P/C Actuarial Research Analytics, and serving as a P/C Senior Assistant Actuary in Reserving. Samantha began their career as a Commercial Pricing Analyst at Grange Insurance from April 2007 to October 2010. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University, earned in 2007.
