Katie Jacobsen, P.E. is a seasoned Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. Currently employed at Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. since July 2018, Katie previously worked as a Design/Drainage Engineer at RB&G Engineering for over a decade, focusing on drainage analysis and design for transportation and commercial projects. Prior to that, Katie served as an Associate Engineer at Jones & Carter, Inc., where responsibilities included master-plan drainage studies and floodplain mitigation. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, attained in 2004.
