Brian Gilman Pe

Brian Gilman, PE, CEM, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Sr Mechanical Solutions Division Manager at Hansen-Rice, Inc. since April 2023. In this capacity, Brian develops scopes of work, design-build specifications, and RFPs for mechanical, plumbing, and refrigeration system designs, while collaborating with design-build partners to optimize solutions for food and beverage facilities. Previously, Brian held various roles at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group from 2010 to 2023, including Principal and Refrigeration Engineering Manager, focusing on the design of complex refrigeration and HVAC systems. With earlier experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at RFS Engineering and a Project Engineer at Sno.matic Controls and Engineering, Brian has a strong background in energy efficiency analysis and mechanical system design. Brian's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Saint Michael's College.
