Vivian Dsouza

Vivian Dsouza has extensive experience in administration and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Administration in Dubai at Hansgrohe Group since June 2017. Prior roles at the same company include Customer Service Manager and CSI Specialist. Before joining Hansgrohe, Vivian worked as a Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist on a contract basis at BIC and began a career as a Commercial & Logistics Assistant at ECCO Shoes. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and completed an academic foundation in Commerce, Marketing, and Economics at The Indian High School in Dubai.
