Daren Shaver

Daren Shaver is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in tax law and venture fund matters. Currently a Partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP since April 2019, Daren has held various roles within the firm, including Senior Counsel and Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Carle, Mackie, Power and Ross LLP from March 2014 to April 2019, a Tax/Venture Fund Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from October 2010 to July 2012, and a Tax Associate at Dechert LLP from September 2008 to October 2010. Daren holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Union College.
