Natalie N. Wilson

Natalie advises emerging companies throughout their life cycle, from formation to exit. She counsels private companies on matters including corporate formation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, and securities law matters. In addition, Natalie also advises venture capital and private equity funds on matters related to their formation and portfolio investments. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Natalie practiced at an international law firm in Palo Alto.
