Robert G. Davis

Robert "Bob" Davis focuses his practice on real estate and environmental litigation. He is a trial attorney who excels in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution. He practices in both state and federal court with an emphasis on complex, high-profile, and politically significant matters.

Throughout his legal career, he has represented Fortune 100 clients and others in an array of matters including land use, business fraud and unfair competition, contractual disputes, product liability, employment issues, construction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and disputes related to professional sports venues. This varied experience helps him craft customized solutions for his clients' needs.

After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Bob spent two years in China earning a master's degree in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law at Xiamen University School of Law, one of the oldest and most distinguished law schools in China, on an all-expenses-paid scholarship.
