Craig Rahr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and customer support, currently serving as the ID@Xbox team lead and Xbox Third Party Support PM Lead at Hanson Consulting Group since December 2010. In this role, Craig is recognized as a subject matter expert on various internal and external tools, managing key programs and maintaining relationships with partners while providing technical support to game producers and publishers. Previous positions include Account Coordinator at Who's Calling, where Craig supported automotive dealer clients, and Sales & Marketing Assistant at Icom America, where responsibilities included dealer support and event planning. Craig also has a background in accounts receivable and project analysis at Northwest Wholesale Florists and Safeco Insurance, respectively. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Edmonds College.
