Mark Hall

Mark Hall is a senior project manager at Hanson Professional Services Inc. in Austin, TX, since February 2018. Previously, Mark directed the Center for Environmental Excellence at the University of Texas Arlington from December 2015 to January 2018, overseeing contracts with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Mark also served as a mediator and business coach in Austin from March 2014 to November 2015, and held the position of Director of the Project Engineering and Review Division at the Texas Water Development Board from 2006 to 2014, managing a team responsible for reviewing water and wastewater projects statewide. Mark's educational background includes training from various institutions, such as Texas A&M University and the Governor's Center for Management Development.
