Phil joined Hanson Wade in the delegate sales team in 2015, progressing into Sponsorship Sales and then management. After 12 months leading out sales training and development across the different functions, as Head of Sponsorship Sales, Phil is now responsible for implementing strategy to improve operations, upskill sales and management capability and accelerate people progression to help maximize sales performance in the Sponsorship team. As the department scales, his passion is to continue driving a culture that supports opportunities to inspire people’s full potential in sales at Hanson Wade.
