Fulai Lang

Mr. Lang has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since December 2006. He is Founder and Chairman, since 2002, of Daqing Harvest Longwall High Pressure FRP Pipe Co. Ltd. ("Daqing Harvest"), a company organized under the laws of China. Mr. Lang is also the Founder of Daqing Zhutian Compound Materials Co. Ltd. ("Zhutian"), a compound materials producer and a company organized under the laws of China. Mr. Lang served as executive director of China Advance Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from February 2004 to January 2006.
