Hanwell Community Library is based in the heart of West London's Hanwell.

This library has been serving Hanwell community since 1905, and in 2019, Ealing Council passed the responsibility for the day to day running of the Library to the Community.

On 23rd June 2021, the Library opened as a community led initiative, meaning that the day to day running and organisation of the Library is completely volunteer led.

With activities and events for toddlers to the older generation, HCL is a space that aims to provide experiences and services to those who need it most, whilst remaining a welcoming space for those who need traditional library services and those who need a change of scenery alike.
