Glenn R Lussier

Glenn R Lussier has extensive work experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry. Glenn R most recently worked as a Senior Leader at Hanwha Aerospace USA, where they oversaw the Quality Organization and implemented a corporate-wide Continuous Improvement operating system. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Quality, C.I., and EH&S at EDAC Technologies, where they were responsible for driving business improvements and leading the Environmental, Health, and Safety program. Before that, Glenn held various leadership roles at GKN Aerospace, including Chief Operating Officer, VP & General Manager, Senior Vice President of Lean Enterprise, and VP of Strategy & Operational Excellence. Glenn R also held positions at GKN Aerospace as VP Programs and General Manager. Throughout their career, Glenn has demonstrated expertise in quality management, continuous improvement, operational performance, and strategic planning in the aerospace industry.

Glenn R Lussier holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Organization, which they earned from The University of New Haven between 1985 and 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from the University of Connecticut, from which they graduated in 1985. Glenn's educational journey started at Thames Valley State Technical College, where they acquired an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering in the period from 1978 to 1982.
