Sean Campbell

Sean Campbell has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing and chemical industries. Sean started their career as a Sales Trainee at NL Chemicals in 1987 and eventually became a Sales Representative, responsible for developing sales territories in Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL. In 1991, they joined GE Plastics as a Sales Representative and later became the Resource Recovery Sales/Purchasing Leader, establishing a profitable recycle business within the company. Sean also served as the Global Recycle Product Leader, coordinating with manufacturing plants to design plastic materials with recycle content. From 2001 to 2003, Campbell worked as the Sales Director at General Electric - Azdel Inc., where they were responsible for sales of Azdel Superlite product in the global automotive market. Sean then joined Freudenberg Nonwovens as the General Manager in Plymouth, Michigan, where they led a nonwoven textile manufacturing division supplying fabrics to the automotive industry. In 2007, they became the President of Freudenberg Vitech, a nonwoven textile manufacturer, and successfully increased sales and profitability over the course of four years. Campbell then worked as the Sr. Vice President of Sales at VIAM/VICAM/VITECH Manufacturing, where they played a role in integrating Freudenberg Vitech into the business. Most recently, Campbell served as the Global Marketing Director at Hanwha Azdel before joining A. Schulman Inc. in 2017 as the Commercial Director for Engineering Composites.

Sean Campbell earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Polymer Science from Penn State University from 1983 to 1987. Sean later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, from 1993 to 1995.
