Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Hanwha Defence Australia is responsible for the design, development, and integration of self-propelled artillery and infantry fighting vehicles, including the Redback IFV, for the Commonwealth under multi-billion-dollar projects such as LAND 8116 and Land 400 Phase 3. The team ensures the vehicles meet rigorous standards of performance, reliability, and supportability, managing complex engineering systems, specialty engineering, and manufacturing processes at the Hanwha Armoured Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Geelong. Their work includes collaboration with Australian and Korean supply chains to innovate and optimize armoured vehicle technology.
