Chun Taek Kim

Chun Taek Kim is an experienced leader in the turbomachinery industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hanwha Power Systems Americas since April 2020, focused on the business development of supercritical CO2 compressor expander turbomachinery and overseeing sales and service for conventional compressor and expander packages. Previously, Chun held the position of Sales Director at Hanwha Power Systems Co. Ltd., leading the Engineered Compressor Sales Team and managing global resources for strategic marketing projects and customer relations. With a strong background in sales management and operations, Chun served as General Manager at Hanwha Power Systems Americas, where responsibilities included overseeing branch operations and budget execution. Prior experience includes significant roles at Samsung Techwin, where Chun excelled in sales management for engineered compressors and developed key relationships in the offshore and marine market. Chun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Inha University.
