Pavel Kurilenko began their work experience in 2004 as the Chief of Sales Department at NNT Telecom Ltd. Pavel then worked at ON.COM Ltd. as the Chief of Sales Department from 2006 to 2009. Pavel then joined Axis Communication as a Key Account Manager from 2009 to 2012. Pavel Kurilenko served as the Business Development Manager at Mobotix AG from 2012 to 2013. Pavel then joined Samsung Techwin as the Head of Business Development in 2013. Currently, they are working at Hanwha Techwin Europe as the Head of Sales, a position they have held since 2015.

Pavel Kurilenko began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Agrarian College, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. Pavel then went on to pursue an Engineer's degree in Technical Maintenance of Motor Vehicle from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they completed from 1996 to 2002. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Pavel enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Moscow State University of Economic, Statistics and Informatics (MESI), specializing in Information Technology.
