Hyungjin Song

Hyungjin Song currently serves as Vice President at Hanyang Corporation since June 2024. Previously, Hyungjin held the position of Head of Department at Posco International Corporation from July 2020 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing LNG contracts with Cheniere and long-term charters for LNG vessels. Hyungjin's extensive experience at Korea Gas Corporation spans from 1998 to 2020 in various managerial roles, encompassing LNG procurement, project development, and price reviews. Notable achievements include leading commercial negotiations for the LNG Canada project and adjusting long-term LNG procurement strategies in collaboration with governmental bodies. Hyungjin completed an MSc in Energy Trade and Finance from Cass Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Hanyang University.
