Loretta Willis

Loretta Willis has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Loretta started their career at Kaiser Permanente as the Director of Resource Management from 1996 to 1999. Loretta then joined CDPHP and served as the Assistant Director of Inpatient Programs from 1999 to 2001, before becoming the Director of Government Programs from 2001 to 2004.
