Gert-Jan Ridder

Gert-Jan Ridder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and transformation, currently serving as Programmamanager Data and Portfoliomanager IT at Hanze since August 2022. Previously, Gert-Jan held various managerial roles, including Manager ICT Ontwikkeling at TKP Pensioen and Manager Management Informatie at CJIB, where a strong focus was placed on agile leadership and enhancing data-driven approaches. Gert-Jan has also contributed as a Digital Officer for Groningen Digital City and has a comprehensive background in implementing agile methodologies, with significant achievements in change management at RDW.
