Mr. Anselmius joined HSP in August 2003 and was promoted to chief engineer in May 2010. He has more than 20 years of work experience in the palm oil mill industry.
Mr. Anselmius holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) degree from University of Technology Malaysia.

Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the cultivation of oil palm and processing of fresh fruit bunches. The Company's total planted area includes approximately 35, 680 hectares out of a total area of over 39, 800 hectares. Of the total planted area, approximately 32, 440 hectares are mature areas. The average age of the palms of the planted area is over 15.5 years. The Company operates over four oil mills, namely Jeroco Palm Oil Mill 1, Jeroco Palm Oil Mill 2, Tomanggong Palm Oil Mill and Bukit Mas Palm Oil Mill. The Company has a combined milling capacity of approximately 170 fresh fruit bunches tons per hour. The Company's subsidiaries include Jeroco Plantations Sdn Bhd, Hap Seng Plantations (River Estates) Sdn Bhd, Hap Seng Plantations (Ladang Kawa) Sdn Bhd, Hap Seng Plantations (Wecan) Sdn Bhd and Hap Seng Plantations (Tampilit) Sdn Bhd.
