Eli Djondo is currently the Head of HR for Hapag-Lloyd in West and Central Africa, overseeing human resources functions across multiple countries. Previously, they held various HR management roles at Danone and ARISE IIP, as well as a corporate manager position at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Eli began their career as a Database Programmer at Telecel Togo before advancing to positions that involved process improvement and competencies development in customer service. They are a graduate of the Maersk International Shipping Education program.
