Jim Setzke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and management at Hapag-Lloyd AG since September 1989. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Sales Area North-East, managing 22 states and driving sales of 715,000 TEUs with revenues surpassing $845 million. Additionally, Jim contributed to the development of the Global Account Management Program, managing key accounts such as Caterpillar, John Deere, and Target. Earlier roles included Sales Manager and District Manager, responsible for sales and customer service across multiple states. Jim's career began at Fritz Companies Inc as a Customer Service Representative, and Jim holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University.
