Sandeep Govil

Sandeep Govil has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sandeep currently holds the position of Head of North America Revenue Management at Hapag-Lloyd AG since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Finance and Strategy, Global BI/Data Science at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Sandeep also worked as the VP of Strategy and Analytics at NBCUniversal from 2014 to 2017. Sandeep has also held roles at INTTRA, Wyndham Worldwide, Cendant Corp, Delta Air Lines, and Sabre Corporation, where they gained experience in various areas such as corporate strategy, revenue management, and business analytics. Throughout their career, Sandeep has demonstrated expertise in data-driven strategies, revenue growth, and customer growth.

Sandeep Govil has an extensive education history. Sandeep holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Machine Learning & Operations Research from Arizona State University. Prior to their Ph.D., they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Louisiana. In addition to their academic degrees, they obtained a certification as a Financial Risk Manager from GARP in June 2003.
