Gopal Agrawal

Gopal Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gopal started their career as a Web Designer at Olive e-Business Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Gopal then joined hCentive, Inc. as a Consultant UI Developer in 2010, where they were responsible for creating mocks, demos, and providing support to developers. In 2012, they became a UI Lead at Milestone Bharat Synergies Pvt Ltd. In 2013, they joined NIIT Technologies as a Technical Analyst and worked there until 2017. Currently, Gopal is the Director of Product Operations at Hapana, a next-gen studio and club management software company. At Hapana, they are responsible for automating operations, increasing revenue, and nurturing client relationships.

Gopal Agrawal's education history begins with their matriculation at St. Joseph's Academy, a school they attended from 1996 to 2000. After completing matriculation, they pursued a 10+2 degree in Commerce at DAV Public School from 2000 to 2002. Gopal then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Madras, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.

In 2008, Gopal enrolled at Sikkim Manipal University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management, which they completed in 2011. Alongside their formal education, Gopal has also obtained several certifications throughout their career.

In 2006, they obtained the ADIMS certification from Arena Multimedia. Later, in 2012, Gopal earned the CUA certification from Human Factor Internationals. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
