Samir Fakhr

Samir Fakhr is an accomplished professional in the fields of operations and project management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HAPCO since October 2020, Samir previously held the position of Project Director for the Riyadh Metro Project from May 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included organizing teams and overseeing MEPF works. Prior to that, Samir was Vice Chairman at Mouawad Group, directing business operations and strategy implementation. A significant tenure at Oger Liban saw Samir rise through various roles, including Facilities Operations Manager and QC Manager, contributing to major projects such as the Hariri Residences and governmental buildings. Earlier in the career, Samir served as Regional Electrical Manager at Saudi Oger Ltd., focusing on royal projects in the Western Region. Samir holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Beirut Arab University, completed in 1984.
