Jeff Bzdawka

Jeff Bzdawka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in hospitality and technology leadership. Currently serving as President of Hapi and a Board Member for BirchStreet Systems and Evention, Bzdawka also holds the position of Program & Membership Chair for the Global Technology 100 at the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Notable past roles include Chief Executive Officer at Knowland, where Bzdawka led significant operational restructuring and achieved a successful exit during the COVID pandemic, and Senior Vice President - Global Hotel Technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, overseeing large teams and aligning technology with hotel operations. Bzdawka's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and further studies at The Wharton School.
