Martin Mächler

Martin Mächler has extensive work experience in the IT field. Martin is currently working as the Head of IT Operations at Hapimag since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Suva as an IT Security Coach from November 2020 to November 2022.

Martin also has a long history with Hapimag, where they held various roles over the years. From May 2017 to November 2020, they served as the Head of IT. Before that, they were the Deputy Head of IT Services & Infrastructure from October 2012 to April 2017. Martin also worked as an IT Project Manager from June 2007 to October 2012 and as the Head of IT Support & Training Resorts from September 2006 to May 2007.

In addition to their time at Hapimag, Martin worked as an IT Consultant at RE/MAX Commercial Switzerland from September 2006 to May 2007. Prior to that, they held roles at Hapimag as the Deputy Head of IT Networking Team from January 2005 to December 2005 and as a Mitarbeiter IT-Resort Management Support from August 2001 to December 2004.

Martin Mächler has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their studies as a "Kaufmännischer Angestellter" at KBZ Zug. In 1998, they also obtained a "Certificat d'Etudes de Français Pratique" from Alliance française de Paris. In 2003, they earned a "PC/LAN Supporter SIZ" certification from Schweizer Informatik Zertifikat. Later, in 2003, they pursued a Professional Bachelor in Business Administration at Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft Zug, which they completed in 2006. Martin Mächler also obtained a "Business English Certificate Vantage" from the University of Cambridge in 2005. In 2016, they completed a course titled "CAS IT Security Technologie" from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Subsequently, in 2017, Martin pursued a "CAS IT Security Management" degree at the same institution. Finally, in 2017, they also completed a "CAS IT Security Advanced" program from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specializing in IT security.
