The Human Resources team at Hapimag AG manages all aspects of employee relations, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development. They ensure the well-being of staff across 60 resorts, providing continuous support through initiatives led by the Head of People Operations, tailored training programs by the Training and Development Manager, and strategic planning and project management by the Talent & HR Project Manager.
