Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones currently holds the position of Business Operations Manager and Client Success Manager at Happen Business since September 2021. Prior to this, Ashley was a Customer Success Engineer at Agersens from May 2021 to September 2021. Ashley has a background in support desk analysis, leadership, corporate management, and staff management as a Service Desk Manager at Covetrus from April 2014 to April 2021. Before that, Ashley worked as a Warehouse Coordinator/On Road Support at Nightlife Music from October 2007 to January 2013. Ashley obtained a Diploma in Information Technology Networking from Bremer Institute of TAFE in 2013-2014.
