Jack Woolley

Jack Woolley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jack is currently serving as a Platform Product Manager at Happening since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Modulr from March 2019 to May 2023, holding positions as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, and Risk and Compliance Analyst. Jack also worked at TSB Bank as a Fraud Analyst from August 2018 to March 2019 and as a Fraud Officer from March 2013 to March 2018. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Tesco Bank from May 2014 to March 2015 and as a Senior Project Advisor at Action Fraud from November 2012 to May 2014.

Jack Woolley graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 2012 with a degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certificate in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association in July 2016, followed by a Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the same institution in February 2018. In August 2018, they completed the "Learn SQL from Scratch" course on Codecademy. Jack then obtained a Specialist Certificate in Financial Crime Risk in Mobile Financial Services from the International Compliance Association in November 2019. In November 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner Level 1 certification from Scrum.org. In May 2021, they earned the AgileBA Foundation certification from APMG International. Furthermore, in July 2021, they completed the "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" course on Coursera, followed by the "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" course in August 2021, the "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" course in September 2021, and the "Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma" course in December 2021. Most recently, they obtained the "Agile with Atlassian Jira" certification from Coursera in December 2021.
