Katharina Obraz

Katharina Obraz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katharina started their career as a Speech and Language Therapist at SUVAG Polyclinic, where they evaluated and treated speech and communication impairments. This experience sparked their interest in management and leadership.

Following their time at SUVAG Polyclinic, Katharina worked at the Institute for the Development of Education as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they provided cross-functional leadership and collaborated with teams on EU projects aimed at improving education.

Next, Katharina joined Mindsmiths as a Project Manager. Here, they managed an AI-first development collective and worked with global clients and agencies. This role provided their with a deep understanding of project and product development, as well as hands-on experience in development tasks.

Currently, Katharina is working at Happening as an Incident Product Specialist. This position allows their to utilize their skills and knowledge to address and resolve product-related incidents.

Katharina Obraz has pursued education in software engineering and frontend development at Algebra University College. Katharina also has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Croatian Language and Literature with a focus on Clinical Phonetics from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in June 2023.
