Bethany O'Donnell

Bethany O'Donnell began their career in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant at The Anacapa School, where they planned on-campus events, managed the school website and provided assistance in the development of school programs and activities. In 2008, they became a Student Assistant at Chapman University, where they assisted the dean's staff in day to day operations of the Humanities and Social Sciences departments. In 2010, they joined Boba Inc. as a Project Manager and Office Manager and Customer Service Representative, where they organized the office operations, handled all consumer correspondence, submitted payroll, ensured Boba's financial statements were paid in full in a timely fashion and maintained the company's filing system. In 2014, they moved to TCS Education System as a Marketing Project Manager. In 2016, they returned to Boba Inc. as Vice President Operations and Senior Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) as Director Of Operations and Sr Operations Manager.

Bethany O'Donnell attended Santa Barbara City College from 2006 to 2008 before transferring to Chapman University where they earned a BA in Peace Studies in 2010.
