Milica Mitic has worked in a variety of roles in the customer service and administration fields since 2016. In that year, they began working as a Marketing Administrative Assistant at Dental Oral Centar Poliklinika, where they gained experience in marketing, promoting products, and creating advertising material. In 2018, they began working as an Administration Assistant at Mabledon Capital Limited, a Customer Care Team Mentor at Bitstamp, and a Cryptocurrency Specialist at Tech Solutions. At Tech Solutions, their duties included providing 24/7 customer support via email, phone, and chat, verifying customer identity, and suggesting information regarding cryptocurrency platforms. In 2019, they began working as a Customer Care Team Lead at Rizmi Trading Solutions. Since 2020, they have been employed at Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO) as a Customer Care Representative and Sleep Specialist, Customer Care Team Lead, Operations Specialist, and Customer Care Supervisor.
