At HAPPINESS SQUAD, our overarching purpose is catalyzing human flourishing to help people and organizations make happiness their competitive edge and unlock their full potential

We are on a mission to touch a billion+ lives over the next 20 years and help them live with more joy, health, love and meaning by integrating the art and science of happiness and flourishing into the lives of individuals and organizations they lead.

We leverage 9 Hardwired for Happiness practices that are in every wisdom tradition and backed by cutting-edge research grounded in the science of happiness and neuroscience of habit formation.

They are simple & proven in their ability to help you rewire your brain from fear, scarcity, "Me" focus to happiness, abundance and "We" focus. Begin your own transformation today by learning to master your inner world!

We have 2 key offerings through which we are helping achieve our mission
1) REWIRE: Our integrated offering focused on individual flourishing leveraging the neuroscience of habit formation uses daily 1 minute nudges, 26 bi-weekly micropractices that can be completed in 5 minutes or less and live classes to help individuals build "Happier" habits that allow them to surf the daily waves versus drown in them
2) PEARL: Our offering for companies to unlock the full potential of their human assets by upskilling their people leaders on PEARL competencies: Purpose, Energy, Awareness, Relationships and Lifeforce. Our transformation journey is grounded in data and continuous listening, leverages adult learning principles with a focus on learning, teaching and implementing and helps companies integrate flourishing by transforming the "Way work gets done"
