Marouan EL Hajjaji

Marouan EL HAJJAJI began their career in 2014 as an Engineering Intern at IBS North Africa. In 2015, they completed a Graduation Internship at Morpho Maroc Groupe Safran, where they worked on improving the Software Development process by implementing a Pre-Commit Code Review Process. In 2016, they joined everis as an Ingénieur d'études et développement Java/AngularJS, working on a project to refactor the bank's information system into a Microservices architecture. Marouan then moved to Groupe ASSU 2000 in 2017, where they worked as an Ingénieur d'études et développement Java, focusing on maintenance and evolution of an ERP for contract assurance. In the same year, they joined CONSULT-IT SAS as a Deveryware - Consultant Fullstack Java/Angular, where they were responsible for analyzing and designing needs, developing and maintaining microservices and API REST, and ensuring good code quality with Sonar. In 2021, they began working at SOAT as an Advanced consultant Java Angular, and later as a JCDecaux - Consultant Fullstack Java/Kotlin/Angular. Marouan is currently employed at happn as a Backend Software Engineer, beginning in 2022.

Marouan EL HAJJAJI obtained a degree in Génie Informatique from the Ecole nationale des sciences appliquées de Tanger between 2010 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle. In 2020, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
