N. M. Reddy

N M Reddy has a long and impressive career in the business world. In 2003, they began their career as an Associate Consultant at Allianz Insurance. In 2005, they became a Quality Manager and Project Manager at Barry Wehmiller. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Bank of America as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead and Scrum Master. Most recently, they are the Founder & CEO of Happyagility, a Data Management Platform that helps businesses decode customer data into actionable insights.

N M Reddy has a diverse educational background. In 1999, they completed an Msc in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University. N M then went on to pursue an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa University, which they completed in 2010. Most recently, in 2021, Reddy graduated from the Founder Institute with a Foundation Grad in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
