John Hayes

John Hayes currently serves as the VP of Finance at Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea and has been in this role since February 2024. Additionally, John is an Advisor at Blackbird Foods and VITALIZE Venture Capital, as well as having held positions as an Associate Intern at Bridge Investments and as an Associate at OCA Ventures. John co-founded MarketLeaf Solutions, LLC and founded MarketTrust, Inc. while participating in the Founder Institute. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting and as a Senior Marketing Associate at Jubilee Initiative for Financial Inclusion. John completed an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Juris Doctor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, following a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
