Laura Cloak is the Sales Manager at Happy Dirt, a company that specializes in mobile markets. Laura previously worked as a Green Mission Specialist at Whole Foods Market, where they managed the store's zero waste campaign by increasing composting and recycling efforts storewide through team member education programs. Laura also interned with the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, where they designed an educational green living program series regarding sustainable living through personal and community actions. In their current role at Happy Dirt, Laura orders, receives and distributes all inventory for mobile markets, and they also manage and improves existing producer relationships and recruits new producers. Laura has a passion for sustainability and they are always looking for ways to reduce waste and promote green living.

After completing their undergraduate studies at Drew University, Laura went on to earn their Master's of Environmental Management from Duke University. Her focus within the field of ecosystem science and conservation has prepared their for a career in environmental education and outreach. Laura is currently working as an environmental educator in the Huron High School district.
