Graham Sarath

Graham Sarath has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Graham began their career as the Commercial Director at 102.4 Wish FM in 2001, where they played a key role in driving the commercial success of the radio station for almost nine years. In 2009, they joined Juice FM as the Station Director and was responsible for creating and developing a successful content and commercial team. During their tenure, Juice FM became the fastest growing and most successful radio station in the UK, winning multiple national awards. Graham was instrumental in relocating the premises to waterfront studios in Liverpool ONE. In 2015, when Global purchased Juice FM, they took on the role of Commercial Director and successfully navigated the team through the transition while capitalizing on the new opportunities brought by the acquisition. Graham further developed their knowledge in Digital Media and honed their skills in managing a wider, remote commercial team. Under their leadership, Global's commercial division became one of the best performing in the UK for two consecutive years. In 2018, Graham joined LMA - Liverpool as the National Commercial & Partnerships Director. During their time there, they also served as a Non-Executive Director. In this position, they played a vital role in driving commercial growth and securing partnerships. Their contributions led to their appointment as the Director of Strategic Development at Happy Drinks Group in 2022.

Graham Sarath completed their Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Organisational Management Studies from Edge Hill University between 1993 and 1996. Their field of study focused on business and marketing.
