Mark Troutfetter

Mark Troutfetter is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Software Engineering at Happy Health since May 2025, Troutfetter has previously held senior engineering roles at Personify Health and Virgin Pulse, where responsibilities included overseeing product engineering. Prior to these roles, Troutfetter contributed to Welltok, Inc. by leading product development for consumer activation solutions, and served as VP Engineering at Upskill, focusing on enterprise applications for wearable technology. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Pristine.io and National Instruments, providing expertise in embedded systems and software engineering. Mark Troutfetter holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Kansas State University and has also studied at Czech Technical University in Prague.
