Maarten Tops

Maarten Tops is a seasoned software and web developer with extensive experience in game development and integration. Currently serving as a Senior Web Developer at Happy Horizon since September 2023, Maarten previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at Utomik from September 2014 to August 2023, focusing on components that integrate, stream, and run games using C++ and C#. Prior roles include Software Engineer at Kalydo, where Maarten integrated platforms in MMO games and improved integration tools, and AI Programmer, designing custom artificial intelligence for StarCraft 2 during studies at Breda University. Early career experiences include a C++ internship with KALYDO and a position at MyCom, where Maarten gained skills in computer assembly and service.
