Lauren Day has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Happy Hospitality since September 2021, previously holding the position of Restaurant Manager. Prior experience at Broadway Hospitality Group included roles as Restaurant Manager and Server, where Lauren consulted on operational efficiency and excelled in customer relations, achieving average sales of $2,000 per shift. Earlier roles included an internship at Wyndham Destinations, providing hands-on experience in hotel operations and managerial shadowing, as well as a position as Property Management Specialist at Daylar Group, overseeing property maintenance for a 16-acre estate. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, completed in 2020.
