Lauren Grey has a long history of working in the design industry. Lauren began their career in 2003 as a freelance Graphic Designer, where they rebranded and developed materials for a $2,000,000 valued software company, and contributed to a trade show campaign that helped increase the company's valuation to $7,000,000. In 2010, they became a Graphic Design Specialist at Follett Library Resources, where they provided guidance to a team of graphic designers and a copywriter, developed key internal relationships to ensure the best use of the creative team, and streamlined the email campaign process by reducing overhead by 94%. In 2012, they joined The Mx Group as an Associate Art Director, where they strengthened and evolved client brands, created campaign-level concepts and deliverables, and co-created an award-winning campaign that resulted in a 39% response rate and 62% conversion rate. In 2016, they became Lead Art Director at HackerAgency, where they proposed, created, and pitched a strategy to their client AT&T that evolved the creative they were testing, and utilized tested data to produce creative that increased AT&T's market share across the country. In 2017, they joined Content4Demand as Senior Design Manager, where they managed and executed design deliverables for a wide range of clients, collaborated with team and client contacts to ensure projects stayed on-time and on-budget, and sourced, briefed, and supervised contract resources in design, programming, and video production. Most recently, in 2019, they became Creative Director at Happy Hour Media Group.

Lauren Grey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design & Graphic Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1993 and 1997. In 2016, they attended the School of Visual Concepts for User Experience Design. Lauren then obtained a UX Design certification from Springboard in January 2017. Finally, they attended Springboard again in 2017 to obtain a UX Certification in User Experience Research & Design.
