Client Services and Account Management

The Client Services and Account Management team at Happy Hour Media Group is responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring projects meet client expectations, and facilitating communication between clients and the internal creative teams. Comprising three Account Managers and led by the Director of Client Services, the team focuses on delivering excellent customer service and managing accounts to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
