Eric Wong

Eric Wong is a seasoned technical writer and project manager with extensive experience in creating user-centric documentation and collaborating with development teams. At Happy Money since November 2020, Eric has developed standard operating procedures and user guides enriched with multimedia elements. Previously at Smile Brands Inc. from 2011 to 2020, Eric contributed to the creation of in-app guides and a chatbot for a dental-office software suite. Earlier roles included technical writing positions at Premier Mounts and Broadcom Inc., where Eric produced installation manuals and training resources. Eric began a career in writing at Hanley Wood and Crittenden Research, focusing on real estate and finance topics. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a certification in Technical Writing from California State University, Fullerton.
